Despite the fact that I have cancelled my contract with ADT in February, and despite the fact that I have received a confirmation letter on 2013-04-12 that my contract has been cancelled (after many many postings on Hellopeter and Facebook), and despite the fact that my radio control box has been removed (by ADT), I STILL receive weekly SMSs to remind me that I must test my alarm, and I now receive emails with statements, urging me to pay my account!!! How is that possible, in 2013???
I have spoken to Jennifer this morning, and after I insisted to speak with her manager, she put me on hold. After 12 minutes I simply hang up.
Will SOMEBODY PLEASE remove me from ADT's database??
