I purchased a security lock from ADT, the officer delivered the lock for R170 and I paid him cash, he gave me the invoice. ADT calls me and tells me I didnt pay. I faxed them the proof of payment from the officer. They also informed me to never pay the officers. Now I am being billed for the lock again for which I have paid for. If ADT officers are dishonest then why should I use them as our security company? I cant wait for my contract to be over so I can canncel.
