Subsequent to my previous report last week, a Technician eventually turned-up on Tuesday, 30 April 2013 and confirmed that the Receiver required replacement. His comment was "this is not my area & another Technician will have to fit the Receiver.
No one contacted us on either Thursday, 2 OR Friday, 3 May 2013 to advise when the Receiver will be replaced.
Is this the service one expects from an International Company, then would rather revert to a Local Supplier to provide better service. The service STINKS!!!
