I lodged a claim for my cellphone last week Tuesday (20/08/2013) and had all the requested documentation sent through by Wednesday (21/08/2013). I requested that the receiver of my mail acknowledge receipt which was not done. I then called the call centre on Thursday and Friday and left messages for the lady dealing with my claim. No return calls!!! I left a message on Monday AGAIN! The lady then promptly told me that the system is down and will call me back. Still waiting! Eventually by Tuesday (27/08/2013) I received a e-mail to say that the system is working and that my claim is only now being processed!!! This has posed a huge inconvenience as I do use my cellphone for business as well!
