Poorly installed security gate

Expanda installed a door without properly measuring the space which meant the door doesnt open completely. We have repeatedly asked them to attend to the matter. We were told by Sidney that the service team would be there the following tuesday. Needless to say several weeks later I called Sidney again who denied he had said they would be here on the tuesday. Apparently they have a backlog of problems to attend to and we are on a long list. Speaks volumes about the quality of workmanship, doesnt it? He promised... yes wait for it, they would be there on tuesday. I pointed out to him he promised once again that we would see them on a TUESDAY! Well I'm not sure which tuesday he was referring to because we are still waiting, several weeks later. The problem bas still not been resolved. All promises and no action, is Expanda.
