I am utterly disgruntled at the unacceptable service from your accounts department. On the 17th September I logged a call at your call centre because even though I sent through meter readings every month, someone doesn't do their JOB and then we are sent inflated accounts due to thumb sucked incredibly high estimations.
The email below, clearly states that I should follow up regarding my query one week after the logged date. I have been constantly querying and now a month later there is still no response!!!
What is worst your call centre team is so unmannered and unprofessional that they transferred me to 5 different people without even telling why they transferring me. I made the call at 9:32am this morning.
EVEN WORST I FINALLY GET TO A PERSON IN ACCOUNTS THAT ASKS ME WHAT MY QUERY IS, I TOLD HER, SHE INSTANTL MUBBLES AND HANGS UP THE PHONE!!!
What is this kind of treatment towards your customers???
