I closed my account in April as I've sold my house. I was assured that my account was closed and I would be refunded a pro-rata portion of the annual fee, but since then it seems my account still hasn't been closed as I still receive the monthly statements, and the only way I can prevent money being deducted by Fidelity is by always asking the bank to not honour that debit order.
Another thing is I signed a 'rental' contract for the equipment in 2008 and even though I finished paying back the money for the rental of the equipment a while back, I still get charged monthly for the equipment rental. Please close my account as requested and pay me back what is due to me.
