I had been sold an explora with installation included in a package. Since i received the explora on the 23 DECEMBER 2024, i had to cancel my plans to go on vacation during December month and waitied for ONAIR TV to send theinsatller but till to date, i am waiting. I made many calls aking them to cancel this package as its useless. the usefools agents will promise that they are escalting the matter but noting happens. To my suprise i receive an sms demanding payment of explora which is not in use. I still request them to come collect their expolra as they brought it. I called them till i ran out of airtime every day. without success.
