On 04/06/2013 I purchased a Walka from your agent (Hi-Lite audio & visual) in Alberton. He charged me R1099 and when I queried it he said his price includes activation andvthe first months subscription. So he activated my walka in store. I viewed the month of June without any problems. On 01/07/2013 I went to pep stores to pay my R49 subscription like I was told to do. Last night 13/07/2013 my walka lost signal. When I called the call centre this morning I was told my subscription was blocked?? How can this be if I purchased the device a month and a half ago and made 2 payments?
The lady told me that only my payment for 01/07/2013 is reflecting but how did I view the whole of June then???
I will not be paying the reconnection fee as I am not at fault here. Please sort this out and reconnect my service
