Incorrect amount deducted on my account

March paid R310 as my DSTV was disconnected, i have called in to ask that they re connect me, i spoke to a consultant and she was happy to reconnect me without telling me the amount is not appering on their system. On that day i had aske to registered on their debit order which was march. At the end of march they went and deduct R384 so i have paid the DSTV twice in one month, they have promised to give me a discount of R100 once you start the debit order BUT no they went and deduct more. I'm very upset as i have called in and have send emails to them asking that they fix this. Its towards month end again so they will glady go into my account and deduct some more of the incorrect amount. I want this to be resolve asap. My ref number 127601979
