Was disconnected as DSTV did not deduct (as per agreement) debit order amount. After spending 20 minutes of airtime on call centre line; they now tell me I must go in to a shop and pay R30.00 or will be disconnected tomorrow morning- an automated system.
All understands the complaint and want to help me; but cannot. Can no one override the system? I WILL NOT GO INTO ANY STORE; THEY MUST RECONNECT!!!
