How do you get a PVR installed

I am a DSTV Panelist account holder who has been trying since Saturday to get DSTV to install my PVR. I have spen propably 5 hours on the phone and nobody is to date been able to tell me how i get an installer to do this. This conplaint will probably cause them to increase my premium but i at my end and you cannot speak to management at all.
