I had my dstv pvr installed by the guy who called himself Darel/DJ (Guy with the dreadlocks) apparently an accredited installer. He installed the PVR and it worked just for two days, I then called him to come and check it and he said that there are trees in front of the dish so thats why its giving me problems. I then requested him (as the guy who initially installed it in front of trees) to come and move the dish. He never did, he kept on giving promises, even today he hasn't come. My argument is that, as an experienced installer, he knew that trees would cause problems at some point, so why did he put the dish in front of them. I'm not happy at all.
