Last minute golf bookings are proofing to be a total waste of time and an embarrassing task.
On 3 out of the 5 occasions I have used the online booking site i have arrived at the club only to be told that they have not received communication from Last minute golf and my reservation was not showing although the money has come off of my credit card!
I am now left waiting for "Senior Management" to approve my refund as my last booking was paid for both at the Golf club and through last minute golf!
Come on guys this is unacceptable, if you want to offer a service like this the first thing you need to ensure are that you systems are robust and in working order!
I would not recommend the use of this site to anyone!!!
