HD PVR does not show any Channels

I bought my HD PVR Decoder on 17 December 2013, after all the installation, my PVR would not show all the channels, in fact I have ever since subscibed to Compact package. Ony SABC channels, etv, vuzu, and mzansi were showing. i took my decoder to multi-choice randburg, and i was assured that all is fine. to my suprise when i reached home, the problem persisted. so i called multichoice, after 30 minutes wait, i was convinced it must be the settings of my complex, so i went around looking for other tenats with PVR's and everything was fine for them. I gave up, as of this year March, I moved to a new complex, and the problems got even worse, Mzansi does not show any more, I have been paying R260 R65 for all these months for no service. Today I came from work only to find my decoder loading without end. So I try to reset to factory settings, even worse now it says "Determining footprint" I have called Multichoice until I ran out of airtime. Im very stressed about this. Even in my current complex, other people's PVR's are working fine, but as for me all I do is to pay, buy more aitime and travel the globe from each multichoice office to the other. Mulltichoice should start calling
