Im trying to transfer my debit order from my cheque acc to my credit card. your call centre say that i could only do it online. so i went online created an account and when i try to open up a credit card debit order it says access denied. so i phoned the call centre again and they say that they cant help and that i should try online again and so i go back online and it says access denied to self service. so somebody who has some info on this please help me. your online self service is of a very poor quality
