We requested our Dstv to be disconnected temporarily, before our next debit order went through. The service was disconnected but the debit order still went through. I got through to Thandeka at the call centre. She was very friendly and professional. She explained the reason for the above very clearly and I asked her to help me rectify the problem. She asked me to hold the line while she followed up and she came back on the line shortly with a solution and everything was sorted out. Thank you very much to Thandeka for being so professional and efficient! I think this was the best service I have ever received from Multichoice!
