Dstv poor service!

I have phoned DSTV to change my package to premium, the guys want to see rugby. Then they told me I can only upgrade 2 times a month and downgrade 1 time a month. It is the first time they told me that, always they are telling me, you can change so many times as you like. Then my husband and Lindiwe have had words. When he end the call, she disconnected our DSTV that was a great surprise, he asked her then to leave it as it is. So it cost us another call to get it connected again. That is sure not a way to treat people after a phone call to a call centre. 2 weeks ago when I have changed it as well they told me they can automatic change it back the Sunday night at 12 just to get it disconnected as well, when I phone the Monday they told me they can't do it like that, they can only schedule a disconnection not to change it back I must phone in to do it. Do they know how to do the work or not? As soon as the new group is starting I am gonna change, I've had enough!! And Lindiwe that is not a way to spite a customer!!!
