My DSTV Decoders were struck by lightning 19.10.2013. The insurance company replaced them and I called multichoice to advise them on the new decoders on the 05.12.2013 that I have new decoders but wanted to remain on the select package I was on previously. The consultant said she will request the manager to load same. Ever since I heard nothing from them. I tried to call but end up holding for 10-15 minutes without success.
I urgently need a manager to call me... I have been waiting for the previous package to be re-instated since 05.12.2013. I have received no call ever since I spoke to a consultant on that date.
