I am very dissapointed in finding out that I was paying R228.72 since October 2012 and R242.72 as of April 2013 (via debit order) for a service that I have not enjoyed. We moved into a new house on the 1st of October and connected our DSTV thinking that we will still receive DSTVZ??!! Well, we were greeted by an error message of subscription 30-4 (or something along the lines of that) andjust thought that it is suspended and we just have to pay and it will be back on again.

We never really thought about it again untill Thursday 4 April when we noticed that the debi orders are still going off for this.

After spending almost 3 hours either talking to arrogant, incompetent call centre staff with no people skills (not including being cut of and having t phone again just to find outyou are now caller number 42 in line) we can still only view channel 100. My wife and I was told the problem i on ourside, but a R450 call out fee from a dstv technician confirms that the problem is not on our side.

I had no choice butto cancel m subscription as of right now
