DSTV has the worst service ever! For two weeks now my DSTV has been searching for signal. We checked everything, took in the decoder and there wasn't a problem from our side. Now we want to get someone out (which again will cost us money) to check it, and no one comes and we can't get through the call centre to speak to a consultant to cancel our subscription. So now we're paying for something we can't use!!
