We have to pay for this??

Good Day,

During December of 2012, I sent an e-mail to Top TV complaining about the poor sound quality of the music DVD's being showed on the Classic Music Channel (508).
One of the representatives contacted me back and promised that their sound engineer would look into the matter and that thy will have the problem fixed. The tapes are stretched out and jumps so badly that you can hardly watch this channel anymore. Up to now (5 March 2013) it would seem nothing has been done about it. All the DVD's is still in the same poor sound condition. Yet, we are paying for this channel.
