Did multichoice not check their bank this month?

After reading one report after another on Hello Peter, I can only conclude that Multichoice did not check their bank account and allocate payments this month.
I paid R700 on 4.4.13 but my service was disconnected this morning. The call centre is a nightmare as there is a "loop" voice message telling me my account is in arrears with R58. There is no way to get through to a human being. I called back, selected I had a technical fault and after holding on for 45 minutes and listening to the incessant droning on of utter nonsense, I finally got through to a Vuli who (after checking for another period of time) told me my account is in arrears as I had not paid for April.
I was told to e-mail proof of payment and the accounts department would check the "unallocated" account and then allocate my payment.
The grand finale is that he gave me the e-mail address which I wasn't sure if it's "payment" or "paymentS" so I checked the on-line site. What a glorious site it is - with no contact e-mail address for proof of payments!
