ACCOUNT QUERY

On the 27/02/2013 I send my mom to pay dstv but she lost the reference number & used her ID as reference to make payment. I immediately called dstv to inform them of the situation. The consultant said to me she would raise this matter & the finance deprtment will contact me should there be any problems. Then on the 23/03 i get a message from dstv requesting payment, I called them & again explained the situation then i was advised to fax prove of payment & a written sworn statement which i did on the 25/03. On the 27/03 I got a call from Precious Moiwa who confirmed receipt of the documents but had said the slips were not clear, she advised me to highlight with a pen so as to make them appear clearer & fax again i did that same day. I was shocked as to get another message from them on 30/03 still requesting the same payment i did in february. I then called again but still didnt get any clarity. At this point i am very frustrated as i have never defaulted on my account since i started using dstv 4yrs ago & i am shocked as to how 1simple mistake takes so much to solve. I am very disappointed & frustrated & i dont know what else am i supposed to do coz i sure am not making another pay
