We received a promotional email to attend a 2 hour Makeup Workshop.
The proviso was: A minimum of TWO PRODUCTS have to be bought on the day of the workshop - per person (not stated in the email)
My daughter and I attended the workshop on the 19th Jan.
When we ordered our products, a Blusher Powder (R210) was out of stock and would be delivered in the middle of February. That is when all the wheels fell off.
I have had to contact the company continuously requesting feedback on the delivery of the product.
No feedback ever from the company on the delay of the product!!!
Eventually on the 7th/8th March I requested a refund, I sent through my banking details.
I was assured that my money would be refunded on the 8th - which never materialised!!
Every week since 11th March I have been assured by Michael Bwalya that my money has been refunded but still nothing!!!
I received another email confirmation from Michael Bwalya yesterday assuring me the payment has been made - and STILL NOTHING _ JUST EMPTY PROMISES. I have requested POP but this is not forth coming!!!
Is this how this company keeps its cash flow going - keeping the money and not refunding!!!
