Dstv offered me a R100 off last month if I set up a debit order, anyway this month I was charged R100 extra, they took it upon themselves to go into ny account and take extra money I never authorised which means they actually the moneyo from me! this was suppose to have bbeen convenient but it's just a. I want my R100 back and I want this debit order removed asap! they first debited my wrong account, now they taking my money! I called the call centre and they confirmed that they took the discount back??? who the told them told them to take more money???
