E-mail sent to [Email Removed] on the 14th March at 9h55. Today is the 22nd March and still I have not received a response on the matter and nobody has contacted me.
I find it appalling that Sun International does not have a dedicated e-mail address where people can submit customer service queries to.
In addition there is no help-line/e-mail address to assist with queries on your MVG account.
It seems that Sun International does not want to interact with their customers at all.
