I ordered items online and DHL Express sent me an e-mail with the necessary amount that I had to pay. I made an EFT, but unfortunately used the reference number for a previous order. I contacted their customer service, explained my case an sent a follow-up e-mail (on the 15th of May) so that the money can be allocated to the recent order, but nothing happened in the meantime. I still receive e-mails informing me to make the payment, but when I ask for assistance no-one responds (except for Sphiwo Dlamini). The order has been in the country since about the 2nd May and I made the payment (using the number of a previous order) on the 3rd of May. I have a trail of all the people I sent e-mails to, without any success. I even sent an e-mail to customs clearance (an e-mail address provided) but nobody responds.
