REVOLTING SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

Dstv advertises this amazing service they have- GOOD let's install!!!
A month ago we installed two standard decoders as dual view, BUT dstv advertises PVR now this looks like an amazing deal so I purchased one on the 06/03/2013, called the call centre to activate the PVR and remove one of the standard decoder as we have dual view. After waiting 20min on the line waiting for a call centre agent I finally got hold of one, advised what we needed... After a 2 hour period on the phone with 4 call centre agents its seemed to be working (Still awaiting settings) but the dual view works.
Today 06/03/2013 I saw my balance is double, so the intellectual incompetent agents loaded two separate accounts instead of dualview, minding this morning I spoke to another 2 call centre agents yet I am worse of then I was.
I am charged double instead of a dualview package, I still cannot record on my amazing PVR decoder. Try to get hold of a manager to assist, they don't EXIST!!! I was helped by Marian this morning who did her best to assist, but again tonight I have to call the callcentre, hold on for 20min and then try and rectify this issue yet again!!!
