I have three tvs each with their own decoders. Two are extra view and one is stand alone. Regularly one of the extra view decoders gives error messages. When, with a lot of luck, I eventually do get through to Multichoice's call centre I invariably end up with a "technician" who has no clue at all.By the end of a frustrating waste of time, none of my decoders is working. No amount of politeness will fix the utter incompetance. When I ask to speak to a supervisor it is just more utter incompetence.
