Subscribers Charged more on Box Office

I heard an advert on the radio the other day with regards to the DSTV Box office, rent a movie online whether a subscriber or not for only R10? So please tell me why subscribers are paying R25 to rent a movie? Doesn't make sense, feels like you are taking advantage of you premium subscribers!
