Coverage for Walka 7 in the Pretoria North area

Early last week I wrote a letter to Multichoice about the fact that Pretoria North has been without coverage for Walka 7 accounts as from the 27th February 2013. A man by the name of Rupert called me and the only solution he could give me was to put a stop to my account as from the date he called me. He then promised to call me again last Friday to give me feedback on this matter, as can be expected from Multichoice, no one called!! I tried to make a comment on the letter that I wrote last week and posted the comment to Facebook, still no call. It cost me a telephone call again today, at my own cost, to find out that there was still nothing done about the "NO" coverage to Pretoria North. All the people can tell me is " We have escalated this matter"! now tell me, escalated to where and to whom??? I tell you now that the person or persons that this matter was escalated to are not worth the money they are being payed to sit and laugh while stupid customers like us, keeps on buying their products and paying good money for it!
