To Whom It May Concern!
After writing a few letters via 'Hello Peter' and receiving answers that does not answer my question, I would please ask again, when can I expect to be able to make use of my Walka 7 again??? As can be seen, I live in Pretoria North, and I have heard that there were wires in the area, that caused the 'Walka 7' not to get coverage. This apparently happened on the 27th February 2013. It is now the 21st March 2013, almost a month later! I have had no concrete answers to my question as yet! WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT ON THE 18TH FEBRUARY 2013??? Please do not tell me your favorite answer... The matter has been escalated!!... it does not make sense. I ask "WHEN" please tell me "When".
