Walka 7 coverage

According to DSTV Mobile, copper wires were which caused coverage to the Walka 7 network to fail in the Pretoria North area. This already happened on 27th February 2013. To report or find out what is happening, cost the client (me) money, and although the Operator say's that the matter has been reported and escalated, nothing seems to happen. It is now already 5th March 2013. 7 day's without coverage and DSTV Mobil refuse to give credit for the day's it will be out of commission. When I asked the Operator he just laughed and said that I will have to pay! Could DSTV Mobile please advise how long we as Walka 7 owners will have to give them free money and when will we be able to use our product again, acquired from them!
