I have be trying to get my channels sorted, but we still do not have all sabc channels and couple of oher channels. i phoned in last wednseday to solve the problem but the guidelines i received did not help. i emailed and still the guidlines were useless. i emailed again last night and phoned this morning but as i am writing this we still do not have those channels. can someone please sort this out as i have had enough of this bad services from multichoice, if we dont not make a payment they are quick to disconnect services but in return they give bad service.
