Cannot allocate payment

My services were disconnected, this morning, not all the channels, the Supersport channels are viewable, I called in spoke to Micheal, he gave the amount to pay immendtialtly to get the services re-activated and then email it to this manager [Email Removed] I did at 11:35.Until now servcies still suspended. Called in now spoke to an agent who was totally useless, couldnt pick up my detials, althought the IVR verfied me at the beginning gof call, he cant see any details of my mornings call, he does have access to email or fax, he cant give me an email addrrss to email the proof of payment to as "'he only work with faxes", IF MY SERVICES ONLY GET ACTIVATED FROM WHENEVER, I DON'T EXPECET TO BE BILLED FOR THE DAYS UNTIL THEN, AS THE AMOUNT I WAS GIVEN THIS MORNING TO PAY WAS INCLUDING TODAT TO HAVE THE SERVICES ACTIVATED FROM!!!
