Went to Monte cinema 11 around 2 months ago, and being a little late I walked into a darkened cinema. While moving towards my seat I tripped and almost fell flat on my face. As it is I landed very heavily on my knee. Being embarrassed as it felt like everyone was watching me I promptly jumped back up and sat down in my seat thinking to myself how the could I be so clumsy. As it would happen other late comers also fell in the same place, one lady in particular coming very close to hitting her head on the steel capped corner of the seat. At the end of the film I checked and noticed that the top step on this rows lighting was not working. I pointed this out to management and nu metro and got a response that it would be corrected. This Sunday the 21st I again went to cinema 11 @ Monte and would you believe that this time there was up to 6 full rows of steps were the lighting was not working. During film 2 people leaving the cinema fell.
I reported this to the manager and on the nu metro web site to which I got the standard Tumi response that the incident has been hand to the cinema manager for response. Status on mail says Closed .3 days and no response from manage
