Hi

I normally pay my DSTV account via EFT on the 25th. (My box office account is payed via debit order.)In February I changed my payment date from the 25th of every month to the 1st of every month. During that process, my account payment was changed without my consent. On the 1st of March, I payed R 800 via EFT but my account was also debited with my installment amount. I called on the 2nd to get it resolved, but was informed it was going to take 7 days for me to take my refund. Although I was not happy, I thought it was going to be somewhat reasonable.

Several calls later, 11 days later I still have not been refunded. I really not happy about how this query was dealt with.

on Fri I called, ref 22946059. Nhlanhla the agent I was dealing with informed me a mistake was made and I had to wait for another 7 days before the incorrect amount was entered when the ledger was created. This is obviously an internal process error and why must I be inconvienced by it? When I asked him to escalate, he could not give me an indication nor an gurantee on when the escalation team was going to get back to me.

After insisting on speaking to someone more seniour, I was transferred to Winstonia.
