I called on the 2nd of July to complain that I had made a payment towards my account for DSTV but my debit order also went off, the consultant informed me that it will take 7 days for it to reflect back on my account. I called again after not recieving my refund on the 11th and a manager informed me that i will be getting my refund on Monday the 15th. Yet again to no suprise I didnt get my refund, I have been calling the whole day and getting the run around with regards to my refund. Am really UPSET that I have been really INCONVIENCED BY ALL OF THIS ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK!!! BOTH CONSULTS AND MANAGERS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AS DSTV YOU SHOULD BE WORRIED BY THIS. IF MY FAMILY DIDNT ENJOY YOUR SERVICES AS MUCH AS THEY DO I WOULD CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED!!!
