I sent a complaint to Dstv asking why is the Dstv packages for premium so expensive, over R700. I told them that there are a number of people that watch sports 90% of the time so paying R700 is a lot. I told them that they should have packages where customers can choose their channels. It's something that is offered by Dstv to other African countries. They reply with a generic system mail saying that they will see into it blah blah and that sports packages will be more expensive which doesn't make sense because 5 channels compared to 100 channels can't be more expensive. Dstv sends the employees to Mauritius and Dubai for team building which shows that multi choice got a lot of money and they are killing customers on the costs of packages. Dstv needs to allow customers to choose channels. Dstv didn't reply to my second mail.
