I have phoned Mulitchoice approximately 7 times in the last 3.5 months to have my account sorted out and it is still not done
I have received emails and sms's stating the problem is sorted out and the due date is the 7th of each month and to achieve this I had to make payments via the internet. This I did only to have the same problem arise this month
What is going on in the accounts department as each consultant blames the other and when I last complained on HelloPeter I got a response to say all is fixed. That is when I received the emails. I phoned tonight 8 March as the debit order did not go through for both decoders to be told I must pay more money via the internet
