I don't know what is going on with your Accounts department. Me debit order did not go off on last month because of public holidays etc and paid my account on the 13/04 and phoned your accounts department to switch my phone back on and if they received the payment and it was received. As I am not always able to check my internet banking so I didn't see the debit order did not go off (even though there was money in). Changed the debit order date from the 30th to the 3rd of each month. Now I got an sms today that my account is over due with R800 but my phone is still on. I had the same problem last year and so sick of this problem with incompetent people. Please SORT THIS OUT!!!
