OVERCHARGING OF TICKET

I BOOKED 2 MOVIE TICKETS ONLINE AND THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSACTION AND I WAS GIVEN A REFERENCE NUMBER .WHEN I GOT TO GATEWAY THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR THE EDGARS MOVIE CLUB DISCOUNT AND CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF R110 THOUGH I MADE THE BOOKING . THE STAFF HAD A DNT CARE ATTITUDE AND KEPT ME WAITING AND AS RESULT OUT OF FRUSTRATION I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT .THERE WAS ALSO NO MANAGER TO ASSIST .AS A RESULT I GOT LATE FOR MY MOVE .STER KINEKOR HAS A DNT CARE ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE .MAYBE ITS ABOUT TIME THEY HAD COMPETITION .THE STAFF AND REQUIRE IMMEDIATE TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
