Multichoice, South Africa's biggest and pratically only Satelite service provider. Are they providing us with a excellent service or are they exploiting us. I have just arrived home after my business travels to find that my Dstv service has been disconnected. After attempting numerous times to acces my 'self hep' internet service, I was forced to call in to multichoice. After holding on for ahwt felt like forever, I decided to hang up and check my phone contract balance... the call costed me over R50 and NO service!!! This is ridiculous!!! I am NOT a dstv fan but just as many subscribers, we are forced to stick with them. ALL I want is for them is to reactivate my account, cancel my Xtra view and DOWNGRADE me to Dstv lite... Hopefully at NO xtra costs!! Please Multichoice can you ACTUALY provide me with this service???
