My husband paid our DSTV account as well as that of my mother-in-law over the weekend, via internet banking as we normally do for past couple of years. I have provided them with the proof of payment because for some strange reason the payment does not reflect on their side. Now Multichoice wants me to pay a connection fee for their mistake. No one from Multichoice has contacted my mother-in-law since Monday and I am still waiting for them to responde to my query.
