Don't use a tv as if it was a computer
As we all know, Multichoice uses the tv screen to send you messages. In this particular situation it refers to your payment."Don't miss it or we will suspend your viewing and you will be liable for a re-connection fee."This month end of February said that you could paid by the 4th of March.. Payment was made 6am on the 4th and when I got home this evening - my account was suspended. I phoned Multichoice and was on hold for 25 minutes, A gentle voice answers the phone and I explain my situation to then be told that I come to the wrong dep.Had to wait again to be put to the new dep.and explain my gripe once again.I was told that:1) I was liable to pay on the first of the month.2)Forget about the message on the screen .3) I am now liable for a connection fee. I did tell the individual that answered the call that I wont pay the fee. So, he tells me. If you don't pay we will disconnect you. I told him to stop the messages. They don't know what they're doing... and do they have an attitude ....
