My partner & I went for breakfast at Primi in CPT Int Airport on Saturday 23.03.2013. We ordered 2 Americano's, for myself French Toast with sausage, mushroom & tomatoes, for my partner Urban Energy Breakfast. We waited more than 15minutes for the food to arrive. My meal was served first & my partner thought they'd forgotten about his food because it took another 5-7 minutes before his arrived.By then, I had noticed my sausages were ice cold inside & my french toast was dry. I asked the waiter to please take it back & ask that my meal be prepared properly. My partner's sunny-side up eggs were undercooked, wobbly & very glossy. He wasn't happy, but ate it because he was hungry.By the time he had finished I then received my meal. If I had a customer that was unhappy with their meal, I certainly wouldn't make them wait as long for their meal to be served 2nd time round. Also both meals are meant to be served simultaneously. Not the standards expected from Primi.
