Confused call centre agents and their superviso

Am having an account with DSTV which was disconnected 4 months ago, so today i have decided to reconnect and when i called in only to find out that i owe R88.25 and also R320.30
When ask about the R88.25 no one could explain to me and i asked for the manager only to me transferred to LUYANDA (the supervisor), She could not explain it at fiest she said its for penalty as my service was disconnected on th 10th, so i have asked her what is the arrangement and she changed and say its for insurance which is cancelled and when i asked who cancelled it she said it me and i asked when she changed and say its the system
To me this lady is confused because she is sitting in front of a her system but she cant explain to me what exactly the charge is for?
As per my arrangement my subscription is connected until the first and if i don't pay they have to disconnect its, so my question its why i was charged this amount
