I went to Pepstore Mayibuye Tembisa to pay account for DSTV for my Mother Mrs LK Baloyi reference No:82918544 on the 04/09/13 as her due date to avoid R50, 00 penalty only to find that their system was offline and i was told to comeback at 17H00 pm then i went to Pep in Midrand it was the same, then i decided to call Multichoice the next day to inform them about the delay of payment. I spoke to Katlego to explain the situation he said that the customer must pay the penalty for late payment and requested to speak to the manager then he said the manager was still in the meeting and he asked my contact for the manager to call, the manager did not call then decided to callback multichoice and spoke to one of the ladies not sure about the name it seems it is Mpho who wasn't help full at all when i tried to ask her to transfer to the manager until my airtime was finished. I just need to know how do we go about this cause i want to pay for the DSTV with no penalties since it was not my fault.
