On July 12, 2013, a friend and I went to the Emperors cinema to watch The Lone Ranger. We had tried to book online before leaving, but we could not do so as it stated that the service was unavailable for all the movies at that time. When we arrived at the cinema to purchase tickets, we were told that we could not get discount on our tickets because the system had been off since the Wednesday. We had to pay full price for our tickets and were very rudely told that it is not their problem.
We then went to the snack counter where we were very disappointed to find out that, as usual, they did not have slush puppies and that we can order it if we want "flavored water". This is always the case at this cinema. We were thus forced to choose stuff that we did not want.
This is not the first time we've had problems at this cinema and it only gets worse every time. I contacted Nu Metro last week but have not received any response up till now.
